Mr. Kamakhya Chamaria, aged 70 years, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He is a commerce graduate. He started his business career by joining his family business of saw milling and trading in timber. Mr. Kamakhya Chamaria is having very good knowledge of accounts and finance. Shri Kamakhya Chamaria is a man of amiable nature, coupled with a resolute mind and farsightedness. He has built up a good reputation in the industry and Government circles in both Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. In recent years Mr. Kamakhya Chamaria has been honored with the “Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award”, “Bharat Vikas Ratan Award” from Hon’ble Governer of Orissa. He has also been honored with “Bharat Gaurav Award” by Citizen Piece Society, Mumbai and “Asia Pacific Excellence Award” in the Seminar of Nepal-India Forum for Peace & Development, Kathmandu, Nepal by Deputy Prime Minister & Minister for Finance, Govt. of Nepal.

Mr. Santosh Kumar Bajaj aged 65 years, is Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He has an illustrious career spanning over decades of contribution in the various fields of management with the help of his expertise knowledge and marketing skills, and good connections. Mr. Santosh Kumar Bajaj started his business career as a trader, joining his family business. He is the third generation entrepreneur in Cement Business and this provides him vast knowledge about Cement Industry.

Mr. Mahendra Kumar Agarwal

Mr. Mahendra Kumar Agarwal, aged 59 years, is a Bachelor of Science from college of Calcutta. After education, he started his career by taking up wood based industries in the North East region. After attaining a considerable maturity in his career he played a vital role in setting up Barak Valley Cements Limited at Badarpurghat, Assam that is poised for tremendous growth and now serving as the Vice-chairman of our company. Besides this he has also diversified interests in contract manufacturing units of premium FMCG brands for MNCs. His confidence with FMCG grew with these and he has launched his own brand of mosquito coils in Eastern India â€“ Mosfree. Full of confidence, dynamism and positivism, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Agarwal shares good repute and partnership relations with many multinational companies and owns several production facilities in cosmetics and toiletries at Guwahati. He is also a promoter director of Meghalaya Cement Limited, one of our group concerns.

Mr. Vishal More

Mr. Vishal More aged 45 Years is Non-Executive Independent Director of Company. He is a Senior Partner at Mercurius Advisory Services Private limited working in the areas of strategy, finance and communication. In a career spanning over 20 years, He has worked as a consultant with leading corporates as well as multilateral organizations such as The World Bank and Asian Development Bank. He is also the founder of Intelink Advisors, a research organisation based out of New Delhi. He has rich experience in developing data-driven business strategies, implementing financial and process review mechanisms as well as effective stakeholder communication. He has also authored research reports and papers on poverty, infrastructure, investment climate, state and sub-state level assessments of development experience in India. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He has also successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst programme conducted by CFA Institute. Prior to MAS, he has worked at CERG Advisory and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was also associated with IDFC Institute as a Visiting Fellow.

He has been certified with various certifications such as GrowthX Certified, PMP® (Project Management Professional), Google Certified Professional, Six Sigma, Yellow Belt, Profiles Psychometric Certified Assessor – PCA, Level 1.

Mr. Vaibhav is currently associated as a vice president, Retail in Bikaji Foods International ltd, One of India’s largest ethnic snacks manufacturers with a market cap of $1.6 Billion. He is also holding directorship in VA Kitchens And Bars Private Limited. He is having a vast experience of 15+ years. He focuses on mentoring and leading high-performance teams to deliver customer-specific solutions while driving growth and profitability. He have utilised and expanded his extensive background in business development, brand and product marketing to include C-suite selling, strategic planning, deal execution, P&L management and technology leadership.

Mrs. Poonam Gupta has done her post-graduation i.e. Master of Philosophy in Psychology specialization in Psychopharmacology and Master of Arts in Psychology specializations in Industrial Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Physiological Psychology, Comparative Psychology. She has taken various diplomas i.e. P.G. Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Diploma in Teacher Training in Hypnotherapy.

Mrs. Poonam Gupta is currently associated with DAV Public school as a counseller. She has taken various Indivdual counselling sessions on Behavioral Issues, Family Issues, Personal Issues with the help of Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy and conducted various workshops for students, parents, teachers etc.

She was an Executive Member of Prayas Social Welfare Society and a honorary member of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) for giving lectures in the orientation program me for students of Intermediate Group. Mrs. Poonam Gupta has published a paper in Journal of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology on the topic: Effect of Impulsivity on Attentional Processes.

Mr. Nishant Garodia

Mr. Nishant Garodia (DIN 00129815), aged 37 years is a Business Management Graduate. He has done his M. Sc. in Management from Edinburgh University, U. K. and also completed his Masters in International Business Administration (IMBA) from I.E. Business School, Madrid, Spain. He has an overall business experience of more than 13 years and has an experience of more than 7 years in all aspects of business of the Meghalaya Cements Limited and is actively engaged in supervision & conduct of business of the Company, along with a team of senior management personnel, who assist him in carrying out his activities, subject to the overall supervision & control of the Board. He has been affiliated with the Meghalaya Cements Limited as a member of the Board of Directors since 06th February, 2017 and from then onwards the Company has been taking the advantage of his guidance and supervision. He has the in-depth knowledge of the core business of the Company. Mr. Nishant Garodia is a Whole time Director of Meghalaya Cements Limited and directors of many other Companies. During his tenure as Whole time Director and Director of different Companies, he has provided a lot of impetus related to corporate planning, growth strategies and business development. He has the informed knowledge in areas of corporate planning, growth strategies and business development. He has managed critical business responsibilities in various areas including strategic planning and execution for Cement, Steel and Ferro Alloys manufacturing plants.

He started his career at the position of director in M/s Goombira Tea Co Ltd and M/s Singlacherra Tea company Private Limited in the year 2018. Mr. Gaurav Tulshyan is having full knowledge of accounts and finance and the related laws. He has
built up a good reputation in the market and is keen on taking the business to new heights.
