| The company allows 5% of basic salary per annum to each and every employee towards medical Reimbursement. |

| Leave Traveling Allowance |
| The company is paying L.T.A. to all staffs and Officers coming beyond 200 K.M. in the following manner: |
a) 15 days salary up to the level of Dy. / Asstt. Manager / Sr. Engineer.
b) 21 days Salary up to the level of Sr. Manager / Manager / V.P. |
